I ordered my TC Helicon Nova NR1 reverb pedal via eBay. It was a good price, further reduced because the box had been opened, and free postage too. The stuff arrived the next day. It was carefully repacked and had all the bits and paperwork (and a full manufacturer's warranty). I was kept informed about when delivery would be. I simply cannot fault this service - it's a dream.
