Ordered online, communication was first class. I recieved an email on the day of delivery saying my amp would arrive between 14.30 & 15.30, it arrived at 14.36.
It was less than 48hrs from order to delivery, there was a small problem with the power lead supplied but with one phone call it was dealt with very promtly with no fuss at all.
