“Still don't have my iPhone ”

I sent my iPhone off for a screen repair over 2 weeks ago and it has still not been returned despite the fact the website said that repairs are done within 24 hours. I have tried to get in touch with the company by the email address and 2 telephone numbers on their website but with no response. I am starting to think this site may be a scam and if it is not here within the next week I will be going to the police.
