“Happy with Samsung Galaxy smartphone Purchase”

I wanted to purchase a new Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate for my wife to use with the StraightTalk BYOP program. Xpress-Phones had the lowest price I could find on the Internet for this model. The phone arrived within the predicted time period of 1 week (ground shipping). It was indeed a new phone as advertised. My wife has used the phone for 1 month now with no problems. When I'm ready to buy myself a smartphone, I'll definietly return to Xpress-Phones for that purchase. (read more)

“Quick response, and very nice to work with”

Placed an order with these guys on a new iPhone. Changed my mind a few hours later and asked if they could cancel the order. They were very quick at their response and had very good communication about the order and were able to cancel it. Although I didn't end up buying anything from them, I also can appreciate their customer service towards me and their quick response and help in the matter. Hope to use them in the near future!
