In July I purchased a Motorola Moto G from them from the Czech Republic, paid by a card. They apparently sent the parcel via Roal Mail (I got the tracking number), but it got lost on its way - so it wasn't neither their fault nor an intentional fraud from the beginning. Fair enough until this point.
When I contacted them after a while they told me the delivery may 'take a few weeks' Then I had to exchange dozens of e-mails with them with no tangible result - they admitted the parcel was lost but didn't want to give me a refund. I even had to send a written statement I never received the thing etc... to cut things short they seemed to have bet on me getting tired of the whole thing and giving up (I remember sometimes having to write more times to get a answer at all).
Luckily an EU customer protection centre helped me out and I got my money back.... after 9 months.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
