Shame there isn't a 0 stars option

Was delighted to find the HTC One X+ advertised at a great price. Ordered 
on Saturday evening, so expected delivery (to mother-in-law's house as I 
work full time) on Tuesday. Money disappeared from my account on Tuesday 
but no phone. Order status still showed "In Security Check". Contacted them 
by email and got almost instant reply that they would look into it. Couple 
of hours later was informed that I had failed the security check. Chased to 
find out why - since they already had my money - was given some bull about 
being obliged to carry out security checks and the delivery address had 
flagged me as high risk! So why offer the alternative delivery address 
option!!! Then they told me that because I had threatened to report them to 
ASA because I didn't believe they had any stock but were still advertising 
they would reject any future orders I submitted!!! The money has since 
been refunded to my account - several days after it had initially been 
debited
