“Never Received Goods - Time wasters!”

Placed my order, goods did not arrived, called to check progress, given the same waffle as so many other customers about 'security checks' and surprise, surprise, when i went back to check my account online, my order had been cancelled with no other explanation than that my payment had **** 'failed security checks**** .. which i take to mean that the item was never in stock or available for dispatch!
