I have purchased the 12V Large delivery Bag a few times over the past year.
On each occasion the the delivery was very prompt.
The bags themselves are of very good quality and are still being used without any issues arising. The standard plug is very easy compared to previous bags I used which required special transformers for charging.
Initially I thought the zip would have been awakward to use. However it has proved to retain the heat much better than the velcro lock bags.
Overall a good quality product.
