I purchased an item from UK mobiles store which arrived faulty, contacted the company after several emails they responded eventually , sent me a prepaid postage label which I used and got a proof of postage . after 3 weeks they said they haven't received the item back and needed a tracking number, they did not ask me to send back via tracking only via the postage label they provided. now there saying they haven't got the goods so no refund, very handy , they are potentially sitting with my money and goods. now they don't respond, update - they have now responded saying there taking legal action for any reviews I post
