After sending in my Orange statement for January to claim cashback, I checked my bank account regularly and the cashback never went into my account. I contact them at the end of March asking why I still had not received the cashback and was told that there was no mobile number on my Orange Statement. I checked this with Orange and was informed that all pages show the Mobile number. Mobiles.co.uk informed me that the 60 days had now passed and it was too late to claim. They did not contact me which they said they had done to inform me that there was no mobile no on the claim and therefore it was too late to ask Orange to send another bill out. I would never use this company again, complete and utter rip off!!! Oh and to top things off it is very difficult to get through to the customer services as the queues are usually around 30 minutes at a cost of 10p per minute!!!
