“Order Ignored!”

I ordered two phones with this company and waited two days for delivery however they didn't show up and when I rang they said the order had not even been processed! They then asked if I would like to wait on hold while they processed it which I did and was told my first phone had gone through and I needed to wait a further day for delivery. They then refused to send my second phone as I had not passed the credit check and they had the cheek to suggest I visit Experian.co.uk to seek help for my poor credit. I decided to check my credit score and low and behold I have an excellent rating of 994 so I have no idea why they refused my second phone.
This company is unreliable, incompetant and rude!

Please, Please, Please avoid no matter how good their deals look as you will be let down!!!
