Meant to have been upgraded in at the start of April 5 Sim cards later no upgrade but a lot of rubbish exscuses of why this has not happened. I called & emailed leaving both my landline and mobiles with the largest bills I have ever paid as their calls are 10p a min, ( you wait for ages to speak to anyone)
I was then promised they would pay my bill as it was due to them the bill was so high. I am still waiting!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE AND MONEY TO BURN!
