Like many others here I was taken in by the great deals available on the mobiles site. In particular, the pricing of a 32GB iPhone 5S at ~£200 cheaper than anywhere else I can find. I placed an order and the next day received an email saying that I had been declined for security reasons. I called the company and was told that they couldn't tell me why as it was an internal process. At this point I asked what options I had? In short, none.

To put the security thing into perspective; I am UK government security cleared for my work. That means that the UK government have vetted not only my identity but the identity of my family. I own my home and I'm on the electoral role. I have a fantastic credit rating etc etc. It just doesn't add up. This company is either incompetent or dishonest, or both. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
