I decided not to take heed of all the negative reviews on this page, and, against my better judgement, go for one of their cheap deals. Having ordered the HTC Desire S, I eventually received an HTC Wildfire. When I called to explain that it was the wrong phone, they told me that it couldn't be and was I 100% sure? This went on for a while (lots of time spent on their 0871 number) and eventually they agreed to take it back and send me the real phone. Well, they never sent the real phone, nor did they respond to my emails or call me back when they agreed to. Cancelled the whole thing in the end. Take my advice, don't go for their cheap prices - you wont be satisfied!
