My son ordered a phone for me on 8th April. I was then asked to provide them with a copy of my passport and bank details, which I duly did. I was then sent another email asking for further proof of who I was which I remailed back saying I thought it ridiculous. I then received another email asking for a copy of my passport and bank details and also a utility bill. By this stage, I was so furious with the service I had received, I cancelled my order. They had my mobile number but didn't think to contact me directly to discuss my complaint. I will never deal with this company again.
