i used Mobile Phones Direct 2 years ago to purchase 2 phones for my kids, the service was excellent, fast & efficient. after the 2 years i went back to one of the network suppliers(i wont mention which one but started with V & ended with odaphone) :-). i tried to get an upgrade with the network suppliers & after 9-9 weeks of non stop phone calls, promises of deliveries that never arrived i finally gave up & cancelled the order & account. I then contacted Mobile Phones Direct, placed an order & received a new phone within 48hrs. Very Happy Customer!
