Some issues with network checking credit history and this not being communicated to me which meant a delay in getting my phone, but after that everything was fine. One customer service adviser was terrible and at 5.15pm she just wanted to be out the door rather than be helpful. However the next time I called I got a guy who was incredibly helpful and got everything sorted. The reason I went for mobilephonesdirect.co.uk is they have the most competitive package for the phone and tariff I wanted. Cannot fault them on their offers!!
