Tried to order a Nexus 5 with T Mobile contract on the 12th December 14. Got mail 3 days later telling me my application had been refused by T Mobile. When I called and eventually got to speak to someone I was told it was T Mobiles decision and they could do no more. I then called T Mobile (Part of the EE Orange group as I have two current contracts with them to be informed that no application had been received from MPD! A very useful guy called Leon gave me my account number and advised I contact MPD again. As this was not possible due to waiting in a q for 20 mins to be then cut off several times I placed the same order again on the 15th Dec 14. As I have had no contact since placing the order on the 15th I again tried to call them on the 18th to get an order update? As usual could not get through and phone goes dead after about 15 minutes waiting!
This company is clearly very unprofesional and the staff if you ever get to speak to them are useless. Place an order at your peril. Fortunately there are lots of very capable competitors to go to.
