VERY misleading! I recently ordered a new contract phone from MPD £13 a month taking into account cashback. I received my first bill at £21. Assuming this was a mistake I contacted MPD. Apparently if I wanted the cashback I have to scan bills for the next 2 years and email to MPD. They will then pay the money back in instalments. First of all who can be bothered doing that? Secondly it wasn't mentioned once when I ordered the phone. It simply stated £13 a month (with cashback) - this was deliberately misleading. I doubt they'd get 1/2 the custom if people realised the messing about involved.

However even if I can be bothered doing this I have moved my old number to my new phone - therefore I am no eligible!! This was stated in an email the day after I received my phone and moved the number - thanks MPD

My advice - avoid!
