Ordered around midday expecting next day service. The following day I was sent an e-mail - everything was OK and the phone was on the way. Then 3 days later, I was told the order had been declined by Vodafone. The same day the phone turned up and was connected to Vodafone. When I enquired, it appeared to be a surprise to them and they had no record of me having the phone which was convenient as they wouldn't need to provide any cash-back under such circumstances!
