I ordered a FitBit, an all though they claimed to send it it hasn't arrived. It's now more than two months since I initially ordered it, and I am still getting the occasional auto generated email says it's not in stock. All my friends using other online shops received theirs after just a few days. Two weeks ago I contacted them an I eventually got a reply saying they finally had it back in stock, and that it would be sent next day. Today however I got another auto generated email saying this item is not in stock. This is terrible customer service. Would definitively not shop there again.
