I sent my ipad for a battery upgrade, after several days, I looked at the Tracking ID, yes, it had been delivered received by M Blue, and signed for.
I called and asked that since my item had been delivered, when could I expect it back, (voice in background, "is that the one with the bad battery"), what is the tracking number, No mate, that's a false signature, it must have been delivered somewhere else, No ! it was delivered to you, at the postal code and address indicted on the Tracking !
No mate its not here.
Called Royal Mail,they said, that they could identify where the item was delivered , who delivered it, and who signed for it.
I now look for professional people, who pursue this kind of trickery, for which this company has such a record, it should no longer be allowed to trade.
They write a letter, basically to ask how M Blue intends to re reimburse me, (nearly a month has passed by now), for my loss, the very morning the letter arrives, my ipad is Found, surprise surprise.
