Paid mblue to repair a broken rear screen on a Sony Xperia phone. On my phones return to me the Screen failed within 2 days of normal Use. I returned the phone to mblue expecting repair to be carried out under warranty as failure appeared to have resulted from screen not being correctly fitted. Mblue claimed accidental damage and insisted on full payment to repair and return my phone again. I Paid mblue again out of desperation to get my phone back. Total cost now circa £75. Phone returned to me and again screen failed after 2 days of normal Use.I Gave up with mblue and repaired phone myself for total cost £7-50 (phone has been fine ever since.) Using Mblue was an expensive mistake. Not recommended.
