Please read before making a repair

Okay firstly I sent my iPhone 5 to this company after seeing on their own web sight that it had a very good ratings and it was ranked first! Stupid as I was I sent it off to them then afterwards read the reviews. After reading the reviews I was shocked at what people have said and their experience, I regretted sending my iPhone to them big time. The day they recieved my iPhone i called them to ask if I could get it back with a refund, the nice guy told me that my iPhone was already getting worked on. At this point I couldn't do much but wait for it to come back. This morning 19/12/14 it came back before at 10am but was estimated to come at 1pm so I was eager to see the result. Bearing in mind that I sent my iPhone to them on Tuesday 16/12/14 and I picked the fast track option. Guys please take note that if your going to send your iPhone and you pick fast track you have to write it on the package you send them. Anyway my iPhone screen is perfect and put on well expect one tiny little error which is one pixcel being out of place but it's only noticeable when you turn the phone on. Secondly my mute button works and so do my speaker. Everything else is good they even repaired my lock screen button which I didn't ask for:)! The speakers aren't the best quality slightly fuzzy but working well. Don't be put off by the majority of the reviews like I was! Cusomer service= 5/5
