“LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS - AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!”

I sent my phone for back light repair and they said it had been repaired. I have got the phone back and the camera and GPS do not work. They are saying this is not their fault and i was told about this! They sent very basic information and i feel they found more faults with my phone to charge more money. They also charged me £24 to diagnostic on top of the £50 repair fee. This is unfair and there is nothing i can do about is as apparently there records show i agreed to this!
they are not going to repair my phone any more and i am left without a camera on my iphone. Very disappointing.
