I went into this store with a problem that orange could not help me with, After going through the issues and rectifying all the handset problems i left the store with a fully operational handset, although i did not buy i will be going back to them for any further phones i buy, excellent friendly service and no problem to big even though i didn't buy from them.

maybe they should give some training to Go Mobile, Totnes because their Customer Service verges on criminal.
