"This is a one man operation. A guy ( or whatever his real name is )sits at his computer and pulls strings... I ordered a phone and paid for expedited shipping. Called him after not receiving it..Gave me bogus tracking number..Called back..said that he had shipped usps by mistake but would credit shipping charges to my card. Placing an order is easy and convenient customer service was great i will buy there again. i placed an order online for blackberry 9800 but the phone was out of stock they called me from electronicsforce and helped me choose a different phone. is better to call before ordering online to make sure all the details if they have in stock, and so on. They gave us the WRONG COLOR, and top it off these phones are not new they are REFURBISHED!!!!!! I Selected FEDEX GROUND SHIPPING, and paid an extra 10 dollars. YET they shipped my items through USPS priority (regular mail). So they took my money. The phones had NO kind of protection (bubble wrap or foam) while being shipped in a thin envelope. Exactly what happened to me. In my case he promised to refund the expedited shipping cost but did not. He also shipped to my billing address (5 states away) as opposed to my delivery address. Trying to figure out if he's stupid as well.

I shop at the recommendation of a friend I'm really pleased with the service. Alex was really nice and told me how to install italian lenguge on my phone and helped me in the early stages and downloading applications. Bit afraid that until now. this is my 1st smartphone I wont buy cellular from any other company but electronicsforce the service and warm attitude I got was just beyond what I thought.
