Ordered an Xperia U on talk mobile for £7.50 per month. Next day I receive a call from them to confirm order. Whilst confirming order the person on the other side of the phone tries to change my ORDER!! Tries to change the network I ordered with and the cost! Without even asking me? She just starts speaking about another network with better package (According to her). When I complain of what is she doing? She suddenly says it is because of my credit rating (my credit rating is perfectly fine, renting property, other mobile contracts, council tax, always paid on time everything) and she would need a £300 deposit!! But if she changed to the other deal it wouldn't be needed. What a bunch of time wasters and misleading representatives and a bunch of liars !!!. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
