Everything seemed fine, 1st redemption paid on time, second sent in April 2012 received confirmation all ok, NO cheque by 5th of June, spent 1 hour on premium rate number trying to get the bottom it, automated phone system said no cheque had been issued but customer service said it had and i had to wait a further 28 days just in case delayed in the post, 28 days later surprise surprise NO cheque so 5 mails later the customer service lady tells me cheque was issued and cashed and provides me with the cheque number (completely useless to my bank). Now 20th July no response via email no cheque and next redemption cheque due !!! I personally think this company is going to the wall and would recommend that you stay well away from them.
