I have used this firm 3 times & my previous 2 experiences were excellent, however this time has been useless. My phone was delivered next day & can have no complaits on that side, however the order was including cashback, the cashback should of been processed on the 11 March by BACS which apparantly can take up to 2 weeks however for everybody else it takes 3 days. Nearly one month later after numerous emails which have been totally ignored and hanging on for probably around 2 hours on various phone calls and still yet to speak to anyone I am still waiting for the cashback to arrive in my account. One totally fed up & frustrated customer who would of recommended to you to anyone but will now never use your services again.

I am sorry to hear that despite previous excellent experiences with purchasing from ourselves, this order has caused you issues. I do understand the frustration with the cashback payments, and this is due to some technical problems encountered that delayed the payments for which I can only apologise. With regards the lack of response to your emails. I am aware that we are experiencing high levels of emails to respond to, however. I will also raise this with the relevant Manager to look into as it is not acceptable that our customers are not getting a response in good time. In order for this to be escalated, I will need either an order number or full name, and if you could please provide this I would be very grateful. Once again please accept my apologies for the lack of customer service and care you were provided with.
