Waited 28days fr free gift.waited 28 days from cash alternative.Customer services absolutely terrible. These free gifts do not arrive.

I have had same problem no gift after 28 day and still no cash promised by them on 12/08/2013 and give them 14 days still not had , contacted vodaphone they just pass the buck and say its nothing to do with them but I think under the law they are ,as they had a part in the contract , I do believe that these contracts when they are no carried out come under the sale and misrepresentation of sale act , as you are influenced to day by offering a free gift we shall see if and when a court case comes along

The order number 3244150 further to my post it was promised 14 days ago still no cash now it's promised on the 12 th sept and this is the last chance I shall give buymobiles before I go further m bradford
