buying the phone was easy and i couldnt fault the servive. however i dont remember agreeing to setting up a direct debit for insurance which was taked out of my bank. i also cracked to phone on my screen so had to send it off they have had my phone for over a month no one has contacted me i have had to ring them three times i just think this is a rediculous amount of time just for a cracked screen and i am very disapointed in there service. i understand they are not your company but i would considor using a different insurance company as they have ruined getting my new phone.
