We have had a couple of phones from them whereby they promised to make credit payments into our account each month. After the first couple of credit payments it stopped, and we have been waiting over a year for another payment despite numerous requests. They are full of excuses. Avoid them. (read more)

I took 2 phones from them a few years back. What you don't realise at the time is that the offer which for example says £25 a month actually works out at £35 a month....how?...well once you've signed all the paperwork and get your first bill you realise that your actually under contarct with Orange (for example) on a £50 per month contract. The way they work out the monthly payments is £25 plus VAT on the original contract value which means you end up paying £10 VAT per month on top... (read more)

Joseph Riesterer and collegues from Business Mobiles have proven to be first class in customer service & support. They informed us of billing errors from our service provider and have carried out all necessay work in making the relative claim. Joseph has also been highly supportive in helping set up our new contract. My first review so bear with me if I prattle on a bit. I called these guys off one of those ominous fax advertisements that look too good to be true and spoke with Joe in the sales team.
