Please STAY AWAY. Basically, what they do...they will make 36 months contract with you and they say that they will pay you reimburse for 18 months and after 18 months you have to make a full payment. But if you continually want reimburse then you will have to make a new contract 36 months contract after 18 months....WHAT A JOKE.....It means you are totally STUCK and you can't go away and the most funniest thing is that you can't even replace or change your number. *****PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM*****

Think of this.... Ignored calls Said phones will be out tomorrow They didn't arrive Ignored calls Rude staff  Terrible customer service Call you a liar Wouldn't cancel contracts even though they didn't activate Still no phones 1 week later? Went to a1 comms and got all 4 phones the next day. Terrible, seriously DO NOT USE

dealing with this company is like pulling teeth. Nearly three weeks into our first dealings with them and we are no closer getting new phones than we were when they first called us their salesmen are arrogant and make promises they cannot deliver. I was told to contact EE myself to verify our order. EE know nothing about the order. Why? because we doubt BusinessMobiles.com have actually processed it. Useless!

“Terrible service throughout ”

At the beginning you feel that they are supportive and tell you they have a great deal for you, this is rubbish. Have to constantly contact customer services and get different information from different individuals. Complaints procedure what a waste of time they do not get back to you. Management hide behind the rest of the team, and when you do get to speak to a manager the issue is still not resolved. When they try and resolve your problem it cost you more and there is no compromising only threats.

“Bad service, bad price, absolute cheek.”

We were duped into a 3 year contract with these guys with seemingly great perks. Only to find that the 10,000 minute bundle (costing us £600 a month) for a small team of 12 people was an absolutely terrible price. As a few of our lines dropped out of contract and were cancelled, we still had to pay the ridiculous £600 a month for even fewer users, with no wriggle room. Even to our last user (£600 for 1 user), even though this line was never taken as part of the original 3 year contract. Get to the end of our contract and they still demand every single handset back or they will charge you. After 3 years!! Constantly on the look out for ways to take more money from you. Never again!

“Don't believe a word they say”

They will tie you into a three year contract, telling you you will receive a monthly refund. You get pulled into there deals but you never see any refunds, doesn't matter how often you try to contact them. There sales team is all nice and polite and give a little bit of feed back to pacify you. ' You're next in the que to get refund'. Thats it. You wait, wait, wait and wait lots more. If you're lucky you may get a one of refund. Don't tie yourself in with there DEALS.

“ Just not worth the hastle ”

Our business has used them for almost 3 years and thankfully we are near the end of our contract. Simply put - you get billed as normal by the network and these guys refund the difference. So say they advertise £40 a month you get billed £60 by the provider and Business mobiles refund the £20. BUT once you sign up they NEVER get in touch (unless your contract is coming to an end) You have to chase them for the refund which is a nightmare. I now wait about 6 months and then chase them which if your persistent takes about 3 months to get your payment anyway. These guys had a much lower star rating on here, they literally had 9 bad reviews for every good one. Then they decided to dispute every single negative comment so unless the poster came back to clarify unfortunately they got removed. My advice is just avoid these people and save yourself the headache. P.S Just checked our records and our last 2 refunds from them were Jan 13 and July 14....... 18 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“A service to tell all my business contacts about!”

I am extremely impressed with the service provided. He is great at what he does, truly knows the products and services. He is great at listening to what his customers want and gives them an overall package to suit their needs, rather than wants. He  asked all the right questions at the start, and gave me a few options, he also gave me a recommendation based on the questions he'd asked me previously. No question was too difficult. He answered every question in detail and explained every process thoroughly as I was not only going to change providers, but also carry my number over, he told me what I needed to do and explained exactly how i should go about doing it. There were a few issues during the number switching process, however he took it upon himself to liaise with both providers to sort the issue out as soon as possible and at the same time made sure to keep me updated throughout. I am very happy with the service provided and can highly recommend Business mobiles to my business contacts.

Been with them for 3 years on a contract, never never again. they lie, don't return calls don't stick to their repayment plans. A complete rip off. What they did to me was to mislead, make false promises, if I had done that in my previous business I would have been sacked and maybe had a prison sentence for continually misleading clients. Their sales pitch is extremely convincing, but don't be fooled as I was.

I have been working with Businessmobiles for approx 18 months and have found the support staff to be consistently helpful in response to my requests. I particularly appreciate the quick replies I receive when emailing problems or questions to the support team. Even if a question or problem cannot be immediately dealt with, I typically get a quick email reply as acknowledement of the communication. More often than not, however, requests tend to be actioned/resolved without undue delay. For me, being updated on an outstanding issue without having to constantly chase for the current status is much appreciated. So far, I don't have any real bugbears about the service provided. I hope this high level of customer service continues.

Apart from having a few hiccups from Sales, BM have been good. Excellent customer service especially form Ama and Rishi. They have always responded very quickly. It has been difficult to get their accounts department but Rishi has been at hand. Something for the Sales to learn form. Thank you Aama and Rishi.

I am taking time out of my busy schedule to personally endorse Business Mobiles as a company who offer a perfect mix of affordability, customer service and fantastic after sales. I first started dealing with the company in January 2014, at a time when I was struggling to obtain the mobile communications solutions which I required for my newly established business in home improvement sales with everest home improvements. I was lucky enough to deal with Jason Addo, who I feel warrants a personal mention in this. I was offered a moto g device on a 24 month term connected to the ee network. I have found the device to be extremely reliable, allowing me to do my emails, messages and make my phone calls without any signal issues. When I have had any questions about using the device, Jason has always been on hand to answer my questions and make useful suggestions for the future. I have since went on to employ a member of staff who I have also setup with an identical contract through business mobiles and I also took advantage of a mi-fi device, which is particularly useful for connecting my laptop and tablet to the internet when I am on the move. It really is most refreshing to deal with a company with such a fantastic level of customer service in this day and age of recorded messages and menu systems on phone lines, it is fantastic to have a direct phone number to someone to simply resolve any issues. I am now going to try and get the rest of the people in the company to direct their business to Business Mobiles. I can't say any more, definitely the first port of call for your business mobile communications solutions 10/10

Joseph Riesterer and collegues from Business Mobiles have proven to be first class in customer service & support. They informed us of billing errors from our service provider and have carried out all necessay work in making the relative claim. Joseph has also been highly supportive in helping set up our new contract. He provided excellent advice on the type of account we should go for and and his technical knowledge on handsets was extremely helpful. In fact we probably exacerbated him with our detailed questions but he always answered all our queries snd gave us his honest opinion. Communication has been highly efficient with emails and phonce calls replied to very promptly. In conclusion Joseph has given me the utmost confidence in Business Mobiles and I am delighted to have their support. Thanks to Joseph and his colleagues. Keep up the good work.
