I ordered a watch movement some time ago from WatchPart.co.uk and all was well with it. No problem. It arrived on time and worked fine. Price was good too.
I then ordered a second movement which arrived OK but turned out to have the date in the wrong position (6 O'clock rather than 3 O'clock). This may have been my mistake but the part number did have 3H after it (rather than 6H) so it looked correct to me.
No problem you might think just e-mail their 'support team' and all will be well.
That was over a week ago now and all I've had back is a 'ticket number'. If you try and e-mail them requesting an update you just get another automated ticket number! Hopeless.
I've tried calling their office number twice and it just rinse and rings and rings.
I'm glad I only spent a tenner because I won't be spending any more!
