I engaged with SMART in June 2012 to design a dating website. Everything seemed professional, I was given a quote, and told that the two specific items I wanted as part of my site could be added. Once the contract was signed and 50% of the balance was paid, my site would go through a design phase and once this was signed off by myself, the web development would commence.
