I engaged with SMART in June 2012 to design a dating website. Everything seemed professional, I was given a quote, and told that the two specific items I wanted as part of my site could be added. Once the contract was signed and 50% of the balance was paid, my site would go through a design phase and once this was signed off by myself, the web development would commence. Hello, just thought i would send a quick note to let you know that this sounds so similar to the suitation we have with SMART. We have now given up and i assume they have too as no contact has been made for weeks now. It took us months to go live after their deadline last July and we had put many things in place for our customers which made us look silly and people started to loose faith. When it finally went live there were many things not right, they did no testing. We stupidly gave them a second chance this year and have given up now! Its a very long story with us but i just wanted to let you and others know that it was the same for us. Maybe they have projects that they prefer but definately not ours!
