Being a small business, my requirement was for a cost effective service to redevelop my website. Once teh price was agreed, my brief to SMART was simple - I wanted a fresh and lively website.

From the initial engagement, to the end, the designers and developers were both proactive in suggesting ideas and concepts, and reactive to my suggestions and requirements.

I would honestly say that I was more than pleasantly surprised, from beginning to end. Each team member I spoke to was helpful and very professional.

The Design and Training stages were particularly well managed and delivered.

On the whole - I'd like to say that I'm a very pleased customer.
