Seriously, if you want your website optimised properly, go to an agency who know what they're doing. Hard not to fill this box with abuse to be honest, but I would not believe a word he says.

To whom this may concern ( as you have decided to write this anonymously which does'nt make the complaint look very genuine nor does it allow MBM to try and deal with this appropiately, However we can assure you that we are an agency who understands SEO and we have a great proven track record. However this being said it is impossible to keep every customer 100% satisfied and manage expectations as each customer is unique. Although we can not pin point this and deal with it professionally we would like to offer an apologise for any bad service you may of recieved.
