I have always had issues with generating leads online and could never understand why. After speaking with add people about my website, I decided it was time for a redesign. The web team have been really helpful especially when it comes to explaining what they need from me. The site design is much clearer now and I’ve doubled the amount of enquires I am getting online. I have been with add people for nearly 12 months now and have been ranking on page 1 apart for all that time from a blip last year when things dropped a little. I now get an account manager called Toby and although I’m paying a bit more for the service he’s been great and helping me out with advice on things I can do as well. That bit was lacking from the service before to be honest but based on other companies they seem cheap and I’m really pleased with the results I’m getting (read more)

“I love SEO”

I had a call from addpeople around 3 months ago and they managed to talk me around getting some SEO for my website. I am not very techie so I wasn’t sure that it would make much difference to my rankings but I was mistaken. Since then I have moved up the rankings bit by bit and I’m really impressed with the results to date. In fact, I have been getting more involved in the process and have been talking advantage of my account manager’s knowledge and making some improvements myself! (read more)

I was thinking about doing SEO for awhile because my website wasn’t ranking at all. When I got the call from add people I was abit taken back by how forward the sales guy was however he did point out why my website was doing so badly. I discovered that I had duplicate content on my website as a result of asking my son to write my product pages!! “Use Addpeople at your peril”

When addpeople cold called me in 2011 my existing website ranked on page 3 of google using the two most important keywords related to my business. Addpeople convinced me that if they built me a new website the page one ranking they promised would happen within 3 months. It is now 2013 and this new website now sits at page 33 of google - yes thats right page 33!! - has never got to page one, the highest it has ranked is page 20 and now they expect me to pay for the website. You are not the first to complain about Add People. They have an appaling reputation and spend a lot of time removing bad press. This guy had lots of evidence but he seems to have been threatened with litigation.

“Passionate about PPC”

I have been using PPC for over 2 years now but due to time restraints I decided that it was time I got someone to manage it. I considered getting someone in-house but decided I would give Add People a chance first as it was alot less costly. They built me a brand new campaign that has me running at capacity, I even had to pause it for a short spell. I used Add People a few years back but had to cancel due to financial difficulties, since then things have picked up and I have just had my website redesigned. I spoke with a girl named [name removed]. I was really dubious after I signed up to work with them when I read a google blog page accusing them of running a scam, but having experienced their service for a few months I’d say that’s a load of rubbish. After 4 months I’m starting to see some improvement in traffic. Have to say given the cost this was a shot to nothing – much lower than I was paying a certain well known seo company. I got a phonecall out of the blue one day from a company called add people, i was very suspicous of their claims (getting me number one in google for mobile repair in 3 months). But i was pushed very hard into a sale and found the representetive somewhat agressive on the phone. “Shocking Customer Service & Links to irrelevant sites”

I am ashamed to say that I used their services for over a year before getting fed up with the missed promises and poor quality service. I insisted on Day One that I saw the articles they submitted for me and had to chase them most months to get these. On one occasion I actually re-wrote the articles myself the grammar and spelling was that bad. The submissions sites they used are generally junk directory sites with little or no PR. Add People recently designed and built my new website which is fantastic, the web guys there have some serious talent! I also went with them for my SEO aswell which was definitely the right decision as my new website is already ranking better than my old one. Normally one to say no to this approach but they caught me at the right time so thought I’d give it a punt and results so far have been really good. I was however told that Add people would not even consider speaking to me unless I had our director involved in the conversation too! Been using them for 9 months and have to say they've delivered a pretty good service for the price. Didn’t mind the cold call as we’re all in business and that’s how the world goes around, but wasn’t initially impressed as I thought their sales person was a bit pushy and after getting me interested he nearly lost me. But after thinking about it I decided to give it a go and results have been great. Addpeople have been calling me EVERY day. Each time they avoid telling me what they are selling and start reading random passages of information about things like Google panda! I know all about Google panda updates...but it sounded like they were trying to scare me into something!
