Not great for SEO / Shopping campaigns
Was a bit dubious about signing up with an ad agency but their sales guys gave a good pitch and convinced us it was right for our business.
The initial set up took longer than expected, some 3 weeks in fact but I was told this because they would thoroughly research our industry and keywords and look at our competitors to ensure out ads were targeted correctly but I think we could have done better ourselves plus the first set of campaigns were riddled with spelling mistakes so had to be revised
Overall results were poor and the small increase in traffic and sales wasn't enough to cover the google ad words campaigns and their fees. Overall the whole experience was a loss to our company of £500
To make matters worse they decided to take another months fee despite the fact I had already cancelled and given them the 30 days notice. If you want to leave make sure you CANCEL the direct debit. I did offer not to leave a review if they refunded our money but they chose not to so clearly don't value their business and customer service.
Since leaving we have gone back to our basic ads and the traffic and conversion rates are now double what they were than when the Ad People ads were running.
I would not recommend.

I can see that our Customer Relations team has tried to contact you on a number of occasions to discuss your additional final payment that was agreed and taken within your notice period however they have been unable to contact you to resolve this part of your complaint.
