I've wrote a couple a earlier reviews on this page in 2010, regarding problems with this company. I come on and here now and again and I'm shocked to see there are still so many people still having problems with this company. Although I lost my home through these people and have moved on now, I am keen to see that this company do not continue to destroy people's lives. I too would like to get involved in any protest against Nemo. We have a loan with Nemo and our house has been in severe negative equity for the last seven years. It has gone from £30, 000 negative equity to £10, 000 in the last three years and because we can no longer pay the mortgage or the loan we have found a buyer for the property. We have already paid off £21,000 of a £29,000 loan but Nemo are still requesting £22,000 to close the agreement. There is not this much money left in the house and neither myself or former partner has enough to cover the difference.. Even though Nemo stand to get much more than their initial loan they have deliberately slowed up the sale of the property to the point where our buyers are likely to drop out. Even when they are making a profit these people are unable to act in a humane or dignified way.

I think they are an organisation of corrupt network with this disastrous company , their solicitors and even have corrupt people's in the courts , they easily destroy your life in a moment you are disparate for some cash and they make you pay 3 or 4 times what they lended you..they should be investigated .

I had to go to court as Nemo wanted to take my house off me, but I had a very good adviser who helped me. They lost in away I have still got my home, the repayments have come really down as they lied. They say they have reduced my loan by over £17,000.00 and they said it would show on my statement. There is nothing there, but they put a legal fee of nearly £1,000.00 on top of my balance. I spoke to my adviser and he said to call them. So I did and they were stumberling in what I was saying to them as they were trying to deny what they wrote in their letter. I have to call them back and see if they are going to do it. They soon want their money if I owed them £17,000.00.
