I took out a loan with Nemo Finance as at the time I was in a better pad job. 3yrs later I lost my job and I have been struggling to pay and I am in arrears. They agreed to set up a payment plan notsaying how long for and now they have threatened to take my house off me. I have always kept them informed with income/expenditure forms, never defaulted on payment, but they say I am in too much arrears and unless I pay them off My house is taken off me. This has made me ill, I am not eating or sleeping, it is affecting my work because I am in a lower paid job through no fault of my own. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SHARKS. A lot of bad reviews about them. if I knew then what I know now I would not have gone with them. They are kind when you complete the forms, but nasty if you loose your job.

we have the same problem ,mine was through angle grinder going through my wrist at work ,there trying to do what you say above ,trying to get help but got approx. a month till they start eviction course , tried talking to them ,sent a budget planner back ,the guy basically never knew what he was talking about ,contradicting himself ,said we cant even pay the contractual payment ,yet we offered £120 more a month to pay arrears till my compen comes ,strange ,hard hearted,but I will fight them with everything for my house ,never regretted anything I ve done in my life only this ,sums it up really . should be stopped trading cos all they are is sharks ,hate them and the lizards who you talk to there ,liars and rats all of them .

sorry to here of your problems with those fecking bunts nemo ,my wife and i felt like convicts that did some henos crime and all we did was improve our home with the help of nemo financial experts the worst fecking thing we have ever done .robbie

I have kept up with my payments for the last year. So i am now awaiting to hear from them if they will put the payments up to more than i can afford. This company should be shut down and the money given back to the people for compensation for the suffering they have accord.
