“Truly the worst experience I have ever had”

I cannot stress how awful this company is. They prey on people desperate for help and take your money. After a telephone application, they advised that I had been successful in my application and they had secured a loan for me. They then said I had to pay an admin fee of £54.99, which I didnt mind at the time as they had confirmed they had secured a loan for me. Needless to say, they hadn't. They took my money and provided me with no loan. They have ignored all of my emails and phone calls.... (read more)

I called nationwide loans for you as they ticked all the boxes for me NO GUAURENTOR, LOW INTREREST & The amount offered was what I needed to pay various other debts and get me back on track! If anything nationwide loans have put me further off getting my finances sorted. When I started the application the first question I asked was "do I need a gareuntor?" I received a call from this company stating that I have been approved for a loan. I asked them were they got my details from. They stated I applied to other companies recently. The operator stated that I have been approved a loan. The funny thing is they will ask you an amount that you are comfortable to pay every month, only people with really good credit history will get. “Nationwide loans 4 U - Do not fall for it.”

I contacted Nationwide loans 4 U for a small loan and they accepted it straight away and told me that I would need to pay 54.00 admin fees, they would then release the amount into my account within 3 working days. I told them I would pay the fees on my pay date which left me two days before the money would come out of my account, luckily I did that as I sought advice and I was told that loan companies never ask for fees up front and also to read the reviews which I did. same for me i applied in may was told loan accepted and i paid fee
of 49.50 what a fool i was they put me on to two lenders both declined me, did state that if you dont get loan you can have your money back i have requested refund they have refused now asking for me to pay to get a copy of my credit report and they will continue to search for a lender for me these companies need taking of the face of the earth please do not use these scammers i intend to get my money back but others please do not use these people
i dont know how hey sleep at night its disgraceful that they can get away with this

they are trying to get me to pay for the credit report too. i am waiting 8 weeks and then going to fsa. iv tried to complain to them and they are ignoring me after 8 weeks i can get the fsa to look into this for me.

the reason why you couldn't find any reviews is because they had that many bad review they shut it down! they are a complete shambles i had the same problem im not going to write about what happened as it is too much to write and explain again but i will say one thing STAY AWAY FROM ALL THESE BAD CREDIT LOANS AND PAYDAY LOANS ECT THEY ARE THERE FOR ONE THING AND ONE THING ONLY TO CAUSE YOU UPSET AND TAKE YOUR MONEY WHEN IN NEED, I WAS SO STUPID TO GET CAUGHT UP WITH THESE PPL!! COMPANIES WHO WANT UP FRONT FEES, STAY CLEAR, YOU SHOULD NOT BE PAYING MONEY OUT TO RECIEVE MONEY!!

yeah this was a couple of months ago now iv definatley learnt my lesson, 60 quid out of pocket they couldnt get me a loan and i refused to pay extra for them to credit check me aswell so they refused to give me my money back. hope people read this thread before going anywhere near them

Thank god i just stumbled accross this site. I was thinking about taking a debt consolidation loan from this company but was waiting until next week to pay the £49.50 processing fee. I specifically asked the woman on the phone if i pay the processing fee is there any way your company can then refuse then loan. She said " no, your loan has been accepted with us and once you have paid the fee we will send you out a copy of your loan agreement to sign and return. Then we will process the paperwork and the money will be in your bank no later than 3 weeks from the day we receive your paperwork back." But after reading these reviews i think i might give it a miss now. Thanks guys

I did the same thing I rung up and cancelled but trying to find another loan is proving difficult hence why they re trapping people as they re automatically just saying yes! Glad I looked further and actually find some reviews lets hope they dnt just take the fee any way!
