this is the worst company i have ever dealt with!! avoid at all costs.
I have been conned out of £59.50 by this company, i originally called to find out what implication getting a consolidation loan would have on my credit report, i was told it would be like another loan and all i would need to do is go through a quick application and the money would be in my bank in 3 working days. so i went through all the details and was told i needed to pay and admin fee of 59.50 to process the loan then i would receive a email that i would need to print off sign and send back. naively i agreed. i did not receive the paper work so had to phone to get this emailed again. When i received it, it was not a form to sign but another loan application with terms and conditions saying they were brokers. I was made to think that the loan was going to be from them!! as i had already paid for the admin fee i read the terms and conditions they stated:( Nationwide Loans 4 U Limited here after known as ‘the company’ agrees to refund the administration fee in the unlikely event that they are unable to provide the applicant with the details of a loan for which their application will be accepted.) as this was their terms i sent back the forms. they passed my details on to a loan company who were not able to help me, they then passed my details to "another loan broker" who can only accept me with a garentour which i don't have, i made them aware of this and asked for my money back as they can not provide me with a loan. The woman said she will start an investigation and i will here about this in the next two days. today i received a letter saying we thank you for choosing our service and returning the required paperwork. we regrettably inform you that the lender we had lined up for your unsecured loan has declined your application. therefor you are now entitled to a no obligation assessment with a local advisor. just to cut it short they are trying to put me intouch with a debt management team when i already made them aware that as part of my job contract i can not do this. so again i called today and asked for my money back i was told this would be investigated again. all they are doing is trying to avoid paying me back the money i have paid.i am reporting them to trading standards and the fsa i am so angry, i posted this on here as i did search for reviews and could not find any anywhere.
