Complete Waste Of Time

Contacted this shower as after my divorce i have been left with a few credit problems. At first it all seemed straight forward & Mick was very polite & helpful when dealing with my application etc.
I found a car that suited my needs at a sensible price & with a much better inteinterest rate than i had expected.

They arranged for the car to be delivered to my local branch at the weekend so I could view & if happy with everything & after dealing with the paperwork I could drive away that day.
when I arrived a completely different car had been delivered in my name yes it was the right make & same model but wrong year, color & spec level etc on top of this it had lits of dents/scratches along with accident damage.
When i questioned this I was just told phone the guy you dealt with no sorry about this no offer of help or information nothing.
After a bit of a dig over using my mobile I was allowed to use a phone in the office in front of 5 other customers to contact himwho again was polite & very apologetic but tried saying it was the correct vehicle but eventually after reminding him he had sent all the information photos tec to me via emails & pointing out a few rules & regulations regarding the sale of goids act & also distribution selling along with throwing VOSA/Trading Standards into the conversation he agreed that I was right & the wrong one had been sent & would call me back within an hour & aslo refund my travel costs for a wasted journey.
While waiting I had a look around the other vehicles on site & was amazed to find that out of 23 cars on site 18 had obvious signs of accident damage from miss matched paint colour to body filler peeling away from the repair & even one that the rear bumper was hanging off.
When I asked the salesman about all this he just said thats nothing you should see some of the cars they send us & we sell almost all the cars are accident damage repairs or trade ins from other dealers but people just want a car so buy them!.
it's now been 3 day's since visiting there branch & no call back from the guy or anyone else from there head office think it's safe to say that I have been removed from there file's for standing up for myself or asking questions & you can bet I won't be calling them.
