Very much disgusted as to how this company works.. my adviser was a lady called Jessica, very nice and easy to believe. I was going through a difficult time financialy, work hard as a home carer. I was looking for a small loan, part to consolidate some bills, and part to buy a second hand car, paid 85pounds, like many others was to be my first monthly payment.. Jessica wished me a good day after recieving my money, and said money would be put into my account in half an hour..of course it never happened. Next day i got another call to ask for a further 100pounds as i had a bad credit record, rub it in!! but please bare in mind that these things can happen through no fault of there own, it doesn't make us bad people just unfortunate that life isn't always easy..leaving it a couple of days to accept this happened , and we learn from our mistakes, i rang the company again, not angry just disappointed, i never got to speak to jessica again, as she was unavailable, i voiced my thought to another lady,i wasn't interested in her name really, but she did say if i paid 45pounds i could get my money back. I am looking into as to where i go from here, but hopefully one day, these loans companys who lie to people and get away with it,will no longer exsist..

Have you contacted the Trading Standards and got them to look into it? I am so sorry that you have lost all this money. I am glad to say that I looked at these before and was aware and when I confronted them got the phone slammed down on me.

The same has just happened to me,only i hadn,t read these revues then.I am now nearly £300 lighter in my bank.I have just come off the phone to the police/fraud sqad and they are going to look into it for me.How stupid and gullible i have been.

i am so sorry to hear what has happened to you Christine 60. I have had money taken out of my account by two other loan companies and it is funny how they dont answer phone calls or emails. I hope you get somewhere with the policy because as you say something has to be done about these people. Please keep trying and get them sorted. Let us know how you got on.
