We wanted to purchase a property at Auction. But going to our bank they refused even though we have almost perfect credit. With only a few days left we started to look for a Bridging Loan.

I was put in touch with a guy at Bridging Loans UK who was very helpful. He gave us all the information that we needed and got us approved very quickly. He also checked to see if there was anyone else who would lend without the need for a bridging loan. He came back with one company. Unfortunately they wouldn't offer enough as we needed money over and above the purchase price at Auction to fix the house up.

So it was back to the bridging loan. We both feel that this is a very professional and ethical company who acted in our best interests, they did a really good job getting the finance sorted out in time.
