1) I made all my regular payments on time 2) on Saturday when I called to say the I would like to clear my balance in FULL it was not mentioned at all that I still had a pending payment do 2 days later. They quickly took my payment & said it was all clear. 3) on Monday a payment was taken out of my account & when I called manager said that she will go back over the recording from Saturday & if the pending payment was not mentioned then she would advise me. Also she mentioned that she could refund me the money but then they would collect it at a later date. THEY STILL WANT THEIR MONEY! Where’s the “goodwill”? 4) Friday spoke to another manager who said the same thing again & still refusing to give me my money back! & when I asked for emails to confirm the names of who I spoke to I was told there would be a £10 charge! PMSL! Absolute joke! I would never recommend this company to anyone! Please use another legitimate company! There are plenty out there! They are not professional or do not have fully trailed staff!

I received a letter saying that I defaulted on a loan that I did not take out. I made 4 phone calls and sent two emails trying to get to the bottom of this. 24 hours and I have still not received anything from them. This is an urgent situation that needs sorting as my personal details have been used to obtain a loan and this could have a knock on effect with my credit score. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Would not recommend them at all. Staff have no communication what so ever and tell you one thing and then another tells you different. They owe me money and are making excuse after excuse not to refund it, and refund it full.

Ive got a loan wirh them theu have messed up my payment plans called up and they are saying i set up a different payment plan ect ect.... they are dirty bloody money grabbers if yoi want a loan save the hell up and dont get a loan. I only got 1200 im paying back over 3000. The customer service is rubbish or non existent. You cant hear or under stand half of them you have to shout so they can hear you, cheap crappy office equiptment that dont work.

After making 2 repayment's on a 6 month loan, I was offered an option to apply for a " Top Up ". Having applied for one, I also wanted to alter the loan over 12 months to ease the amount repaid monthly.However an option to extend the loan over 12 months was not presented due to a " technical issue " which is not yet resolved. Taking out a loan of this sort is expensive. We all know that up front & accept the term's. The speed & urgency of the " technical issue " review & result reporting seem's to be not a priority.

My review of this company is simple. They are a friendly, helpful and most important a non judgemental company for those who are struggling with everyday life. We are a hard working family who sometimes cannot make the ends of the piece of string meet so this company helps do this to give me and others breathing space. I thank Pounds to Pocket for making my life a little less of an uphill struggle sometimes.

I had a loan and paid in back early, since then have tried to apply on numerous occasions and been turned down every time. There are alot better companies out there.

Fine, interest rate obviously extremely high, staff friendly however and process easy. Option to pay early as law requires, good experience overall and helped me out of a tight spot.

In case of need I received my money the day I asked, it took me few minutes (twice over couple years). The rate is bit extreme, but when you need money quick, they there, so it's the price for it. Customer service always helpful when you need to change details, even pay dates. I have no experience of missing payment and late payment charges so cannot comment on it. My experience when I borrow amount I know I can repay and keep repaying in time is great, as I know I pay high interest (not comfortable thing), but for that money the provider is super quick, flexible, and I know the money are there if I need, even to top up. In case of emergency it's a place to go.

Took out a loan done so a couple of times in the past no problem. Took loan recently signed all paperwork online. Got a message to confirm they had changed the contract length and the payments. Emailed them straight back to advice that the details were wrong have since tried to contact them on about 6 - 8 times still no response. so now having to take matters further. This is extremely unlawful and a breach on the Consumer Credit Act. Still awaiting reponse. told 48 hours that was nearly 3-4 weeks ago disgusting should be ashamed. LIve Chat whenever you go on it says that you have to call or email can never get through

I have used Pound To Pocket for a few years now to help when finances are stretched and I find them to be one of the best on the market, my only grumble would be that I think they need to update there payment processes as on this last loan they have advised they are unable to accept my debit card (just a re-issue of the one I have always used following previous card expiring) and I therefore had to set up a direct debit which caused some difficulty when I wanted to pay the loan of early - however like i said other than this I have always been happy with the service receieved.

Three years with this company, no missed payments, paid full amount back early twice, requested a loan before Christmas for the holidays, account closed, no reasons. the One time of the year a little help is needed to be told your account has been closed with no reason is confusing and depressing. Thankyou for your help in the past, no thanks for the lack of help when I really need it, will not be recommending or using this company in the future.

Although my query couldn't be arranged and sorted to my request I was explained in a way that made me feel more at ease. I am still worried that although my paydate has now changed to the same day PTP lift my funds it may go out before my salary goes in. I understand this is system issues and not the staff member I chatted with online so I think things could be looked at system wise to take things into effect due to a change at the customers end of things rather than risk defaults due to payments being claimed for before salary gets paid.

I Agree i had 3 loans since 2013 all paid up i choice to pay up early by 1 month
on last loan the logged in declined had not even applied disgusting why to treat
