I originally took out a loan last year with P2P for 12months. Six months into the agreement I lost my job and ever since then P2P have done their up most to make repayments nigh on impossible. They are now charging me more than I ever borrowed on top of the six months paid back already. They constantly harass with phone calls and letters and rarely reply to emails. I advise people to steer well clear of this awful company, they will make your situation ten times worse. (read more)

I used Pounds to Pocket to get finance and at first they appeared to be a useful facility as I was in need of the services that they offered, I paid the loan back early and since then when I needed to utilise the service again I was declined ever though I never missed a payment and paid the loan back earlier than I needed to! Since then they have been most unhelpful it seems that they may be more interested in poor payment as they can ramp up the extra charges!! Be warned!! (read more)

If like me you have a less than perfect credit rating then you acknowledge this fact and appreciate that P " P have their place within the financial market. I only had 2 payments to make on last loan. However, I needed a topup, which can't be done if you have less than 6 months to go, which I do think is silly. I mean if you only have 2 payments or 1 payment to go, you would think you are in a better situation than a person who still has 6 months left on their loan. Yes this card is good for people who have bad credit and yes theres a possibility they will accept you and charge you outrageous amounts in interest. But let me tell you that if you apply and you get refused and later on down the line when you credit is better and you want to apply again ...OH NO... they only let you apply once in your lifetime so pick your time wisely. I've made 18 perfect payments to their sister company. Their site showed 'pre-approved' for my £1000 loan for 12 months. They them promptly refused the load for whatever reason.
