The application process is really easy and the online website is a great resource tool. Aside from this everything else leaves a lot to be desired. The simplist of tasks are painstaikingly difficult to deal with through their terrible customer services. When i changed job i wanted to change my payment dates. Complete lack of co-operation that by the time they managed to try to help me they no longer counld amend the dates. Obviously i got bank charges and they promised then to change my dates.They did change the date but decided to take it out the day before... again more charges. This company makes my blood boil and the stress of dealing with them after the loss of a family member is unbearable. It may seem like a good idea now, but please bear in mind that these people will NOT help you. I had no idea this was an American company which is actually a bad thing for us Brits. Not your typical American customer service! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
